All of the above answers are not true, they are all false. They are common myths about the back. Question #1 – If you have a discal problem you don’t necessarily have to have surgery. The techniques we offer in my Denver chiropractic clinic work very well with discal protrusions, ruptures, etc. Question #2 – Surgeons don’t agree about who needs surgery. Back pain is not necessarily due to heavy lifting. Question #5 - Back pain is not usually disabling. You can remain active, with some restrictions while getting care for your Denver back pain.
