Use Ice

If you’ve already had a thorough examination and don’t require extensive care, use ice.  You can burn your skin with ice, so use a wet towel between your skin and the ice pack.  Apply ice 5-20 minutes at least 3 tines a day.  If your skin is sensitive, stop.
