Ugly Models in Denver CO

Ugly Models In Denver CO

Women with bad posure and a pained face along with a women with good posture and a smile

Can there really be an ugly model? Surprisingly, the answer is yes.

I’ve been watching Models and have noticed how hard models work to learn their art. I’ve also been made aware of how plain-looking and, in some cases, how unattractive many models are. What qualities make a model striking and unforgettable? How is it done?

Modeling takes a lot more than a pretty face. People who sell fashion and other products understand that the purpose of a model is to transfer a feeling through posture and movement. The feeling could be: confident, hip, sexy, relaxed, poised, energized, young, or vibrant. All models can communicate these emotions and they do it with their bodies, not their faces.

The best models see chiropractors to work on their posture and appearance.

Professional models spend a great deal of time perfecting their stance, walk, and movements. They’ll do anything and everything to create a specific impression.

It’s no wonder, the following famous performers and top models see doctors of chiropractic: Kim Bassinger · Christie Brinkley · Dixie Carter · David Copperfield · Cosby Family members · Clint Eastwood · Richard Gere · Whoopi Goldberg · Van Halen · Joe Montana · Demi Moore · Arnold Schwarzenegger · Steven Segal · Sylvester Stallone · Patrick Stewart · Denzel Washington · and more.

These are not sick people. They want to maximize the impact they have on others and they know that chiropractic will help them make a more dynamic impression. They make it look easy, but it’s incredibly difficult to develop the perfect stance and walk. It’s a long, hard, and tedious process, but when it all comes together, these postures and movements make the public look. That’s the idea. Their posture is pleasing to the eye. They light up rooms when they walk in. People notice. Their emotions are communicated through each movement and in the end, they cause cash registers to ring.

Posture is powerful. Like a magnet it can attract or repel. Here are some dos and don’ts to create a dynamic image.

Sitting

Recent studies of the lower back show that workers who sit leaning back have healthier spines. Sitting upright puts great stress on the discs that separate the vertebrae of the lower back. A good compromise is to use a lumbar support cushion like the ones chiropractors recommend. Lean back and use a back support cushion to sit up straight, to make a great impression, and protect the discs that are prone to damage through sedentary lifestyles.

Standing

If your mother told you to hold your shoulders back and stick your chest out, don’t! This distorts the spine and causes the muscles on both sides of the middle back to develop painful knots. Scientists and doctors call these knots “trigger points.” Habitually tightened muscles create pain as they force vertebrae out of alignment. Many people push their shoulders so far back they look pretentious.

Instead, let your shoulders hang like two wet overcoats on hooks. Relax, and draw your head slightly back as you lift your chin about a quarter of an inch. If you’re unsure you’re doing this correctly, ask your chiropractor. Chiropractors are experts in body mechanics and posture. A little coaching from a doctor of chiropractic can have you looking and feeling much better.

Walking

The more self-conscious you become of your walk, the worse it may become. A good gait is one that’s natural for you and looks relaxed, easy, and attractive. The head should be looking forward, the shoulders and hips moving easily left and right, but not exaggerated. Don’t think too much about this. Just relax and walk ahead as if you’re having one of the best days of your life. Maybe you don’t have a face that’s classically beautiful, but you can still make a wonderful impression if you stand and move as if you are confident and comfortable in your own body.

See a doctor of chiropractic and ask for a “postural analysis.” Have him or her check how you stand, walk, and sit. Often times a suggestion from a postural specialist can make an amazing difference in how the world treats you. If necessary, gentle adjustments can be made to your spine that will help with posture, your nervous system, and your overall health. You will look and feel better.

Having a pretty face is not nearly as important as how you hold and carry yourself. Maximize your potential and every aspect of your life with chiropractic.
